I am 35 weeks pregnant and my baby is breech. how can i help her turn head down?

You don't: There is a good chance baby could turn on her own. If the ob wants to assist this process (manual version)they usually do it with you set up for a scheduled C-section if something goes wrong, which can happen. The version process can tear the placenta loose & require emergency delivery.
