Baby was head down on 34 weeks. what are the chances of her turning to breech position?

It happens: As you get closer to the end of pregnancy the room for baby to turn decreases. I have seen them move into head down position at 38-39 wks. Some OBGYN's will attempt a manual turning when they are set up to do a C/S but this can be risky.

Very low: I'm not going to tell you there is no chance of baby turning to breech presentation, but if the baby is cephalic presentation (head down) as late as 34 weeks, very unlikely it will move around enough to change all the way to a breech presentation. Will likely stay head down!!!
