If they look-yes: If you are on a watch list from child services or give the authorities any reason to suspect drug use, traces of the drugs will be found in the baby. Stopping now will at least reduce the risk baby would have an extended hospital stay from drug withdrawal.

Get help: It is more important to get help than to be concerned about getting caught. Sudden opiate withdrawal puts a fetus at risk. Inform your Obgyn of your substance abuse problem. Let them help you with Methadone or Suboxone to help keep you clean and to help keep your baby safe
