Continue healthy: living and avoid substances of abuse...forever. Use of heroin and suboxone in the first 2 months may lead to birth defects so make sure your providers are aware and prepare. Use and withdrawal just before birth can cause distress for the baby so you have eliminated that risk. Employing healthy habits for you and the baby is excellent.
