Go to ER please!: Hi. The 3 liters 02 should keep your oxygen at normal levels (usually above 92% with COPD). Since this seems to be a new finding that your oxygen saturation lowers to high 70's and you feel dizzy, I suspect something new is worsening your lung function. Please, get seen in the ER as soon as possible.
