See your doctor: There are many causes of the symptoms you describe.Your neck pain could be caused by musculo-skeletal problems or cervical spine disease. Your dizziness could be due to anemia, dehydration, thyroid disease, diabetes, hypertension or other medical problems. It would be good for you to see a doctor as soon as possible for an exam and blood tests to sort out the causes of your problems.

Need to be examined: Without knowing your medical history, nor the ability to ask you questions and examine you it's not possible to give you good advise as to the causes of your symptoms. But generally speaking, if a patient complains of constant pressure in the neck without pain, one possible cause is stress or anxiety. Symptoms with exercise can be due to low blood sugar, dehydration and cardiac conditions. See Dr
