You should see Docto: Anxiety can cause tremors. There are ways to reduce your anxiety but you need to go and get a medical check up from your doctor. Relaxation exercises can help but have to be learned from your doctor. He/she may also give you a mild tranquilizer like Xanax which does not cause sleepiness.

Beta blocker: Avoid caffeine. Get plenty of sleep. Be well prepared. A beta blocker pill will reduce tremors, hyperventillation, and racing heart.

Many things: There are 2 associated issues here. The best drug for tremors is a beta-blocker like propanolol that's effective for tremors from anxiety. But even better is to address the anxiety. The best thing is to practice meditation but it may take some time to see the benefits, so try a B-complex with the L-5-MTHF form of folate, magnesium citrate or glycinate, Rhodiola, Ashwagandha and Tulsi tea.
