Anxiety is best: treated with cognitive behavior therapy, clinical hypnosis, practice of the Relaxation Response (see book of the same name by Benson). Medication may play a role but don't rely on that alone. Behavioral techniques taught by a clinical psychologist are long-lasting and will help in other areas beyond the present-day stressors.
