Humidity ?: Bloody noses happen from a variety of causes. If part of the problem was runny nose, using kleenex a lot and wiping the nose can cause this. If the room is dry, this can dry out nasal passages and cause a bloody nose. And the most common reason : kids love to pick their noses ! If you can pinch the nose and tilt the head for a while and stop the bleeding great. If not, call an MD to get directions
