What sinus sprays or meds can i take during pregnancy. please stipulate south african based meds. i struggle severely with sinus infections on a normal day to day basis. however i am +- 7to8 weeks pregnant and am not sure what im allowed to use?

Address the problem: I would not continue to use nose sprays if you are suffering from frequent sinusitis. The next step is to see an ENT specialist to evaluate the sinus. They can determine if an infection is present. If so then antibiotics can be used to solve the problem. If other issues such as allergies are found to be the cause then a proper treatment plan can be put in place.
