Sinus - Pregnancy: Usually obs allow some antibiotics and nasal sprays. Some allow decongestants. Check with them and see an ENT specialist if you don't get better.

Antibiotics ok: Amoxil, Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) or penicillin can be taken without difficulty.
