Jock itch: w/out itch is certainly possible. Since you see some blood it is important to see your doctor. You don't want to add another infection to what is likely already an infection. Dark most body areas such as the groin are places where fungus can grow easily. Light and air can help. Your doc will help. Peace and good health.
