Hepatic shadowing of: gamma photons emitted from the bottom (inferoapical) wall of the left ventricle; typical of all gamma camera nuclear scans of heart muscle via uptake of radioactive substances. Most radiation is released & reabsorbed within your body (& liver), never makes it past your skin, much less ever detected by the very insensitive gamma camera systems. These tests miss all disease less than very advanced.
