Migraine headache: You may have a migraine headache. Tingling of the lips may occur in hyperventillation syndrome. If you are under a lot of stress and have some anxiety - these probably provoked both. To rule out more serious issues, especially if it is the worst headache you've ever experienced, i would advise to check in the nearest er to rule out subarachnoid bleed.
