I am diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and acute anxiety. i keep gaining weight even if i starve myself. what can i do to lose this weight gain?

See details: You do not list your meds. If you are on prednisone for the colitis, weight gain is a major side effect of this med. In any event you should limit carbohydrates (bread, pasta, sweets, etc) and exercise regularly. There are no short cuts.
