Go to doctor/ER: IF YOU FELL ON YOUR HEAD YOU MAY HAVE SUSTAINED HEAD TRAUMA AND MAY NEED A CT SCAN TO RULE OUT AN INTRACRANIAL BLEED- PLEASE GO TO AN ER . ALSO NEED TO RULE OUT SMALL FRACTURES..
