I have a pain running down my back muscle as yesterday i woke up with it. i am unable to lift my left arm above my chin and last night i had no sleep. any position i lay in is uncomfortable. do i see a doctor or chiropractor?

Nerve inflammation: Bent neck sleeping positions can strain the neck & the nerves leading from your spinal column. This strain can cause muscle spasms. It is not dangerous, only uncomfortable.
