Imaging studies ...: 35 y/o male says I am experiencing back pain (side: lower) The following also describes me: leg weakness. What should I do? At this age one is usually very active, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling etc. Back Strain/Sprain or even nerve root compression in the Lower Back with resultant Sciatica. Best have PCP do imaging studies to be sure & then wear L/S back support when lifting heavy items.

See details: You should have the issue evaluated and treated. True leg weakness associated with low back pain suggests significant nerve compression. See an orthopedist or spine surgeon.

See: See your General Practitioner or go to Urgent Care. In order to determine what to do the cause of your distress has to be discovered. Pain pills may take the edge off but will not address the cause.
