Sleep disturbance: Avoid caffeinated sodas, don't eat for 2hours before bedtime, don't exercise vigorously or watch tv just before bedtime, don't go to bed late and sleep late on weekends. See a specialist in sleep disorders if these measures don't help.

It's a symptom: not a necessarily a medical or physical problem. You live alone? You have daytime activities or friends ? It sounds to me like you fell into some kind of groove, maybe a mood disorder. this would be one reason to speak to a doctor and explain your circumstances. in any case, try to get busy and stay awake as long as you can into the day. keep doing that until you can put off your bedtime to 9 p
