Should be fine: If you only smoked once and have not otherwise smoked you should have a negative test within a week (for those who smoke regularly it could take a month). To be on the safe side drink a lot of water so your urine will be more dilute but your test should come out fine. See http://norml.org/pdf_files/Review_biologic_matrices_indicators_cannabis_use.pdf
