Maybe: It depends what you have smoked marijuana, cocaine, or a variety of other substances each have a different half-life (length of time they stay in the body), and so it will affect the results. Drug screens are often urine, but if they are blood or hair, you can have a different result too. Marijuana stays in hair for months!
