Patience: This is a combination medication that contains a handful of ingredients that is not used in the US. In the US multiple studies have shown little if any benefit to any of these products to any kid under 6. If the kid is having trouble getting it down I would consider not giving it. A little lemon juice in honey sometimes helps as much as any med & can be repeated as needed.
