Not uncommon: This might be a coincidence, but up to 29% taking Prozac report nausea; vomiting is not uncommon. Side effects are dose-related. Prozac often helps in relatively low doses. I advise reducing your dose to 10 mg; it often takes 3 weeks to see benefits so would wait a month before considering a higher dose but please discuss this with your prescribing Dr. You may tolerate other SSRI's better.
