Need more info: How old are you? What gender? Family history of heart disease. The symptoms may reflect heart disease and you should consult your doctor. Many causes: Left shoulder and arm pain can be hallmark signs of angina or heart attack, especially if associated with sweating, nausea, vomiting, difficulty breathing or chest pain. Less serious causes of pain are strained muscles and ligaments if there has been overuse, such as sports. Disc disease in the neck can cause pain, numbness & tingling, difficulty grasping or dropping things.
