Have had a slight ache and weird feeling in left arm/shoulder w slight pain in left shoulder blade plus a slight twinge in neck. any suggestions?

New exercise?: Did you do any new exercises or any weight lifting or trauma which could cause this pain? If pain persists, visit your physician. In the interim do not do any activity which causes pain. You may use motrin if you are not allergic to it and follow recommendations on label. Always take motrin with a meal or snack.
