can i give my 3 month old (6,6kg) girl a dose of nurofen for children? can i give a small dose and empaped the suppository shortly after? she has a bad ear infection!

I wouldn't: Nurofen (ibuprofen) can harm developing kidneys in infants. It is not considered safe for them until after 6 months of age when the kidneys have finished their internal development. Acetaminophen (Empaped) is considered safe at that age at a dose of 10mg/kg given every 6 hrs as needed.
