My 10 month old has had a fever since this morning. we have given her 125mg empaped suppositories 6 hourly however her temperature spikes again around 38.75. she has a blocked nose, is chewing her gums and tugging at her ear. please advise?

Fever +: May have concurrent teething (chewing gums) and virus (fever, earache, stuffy nose). Empaled suppositories not recommended for children under 1. Fever actually a body function to help fight virus, but try to keep it below 39. Talk to Pediatrician about techniques to reduce fever.
