Exam needed: Recurrent dizziness, whether lightheadedness or vertigo, warrants a thorough history,system review and complete physical examination as well as appropriate testing for anemia, iron deficiency,low blood pressure, cardiac rhythm disorders,etc. Referral to an Otolaryngologist and or neurologist may be recommended.
