I have been having auras all day on and off as well as being very dizzy and nauseous. could this just be a partial seizure? i'm not sure if i should go to the er or wait until i can call doctor monday.

Unsure: If you have a history of seizures ---especially if you have had any recent break through seizures recently ---then it could be a seizure--and you should see a doctor to see if your seizure medicine levels are therapeutic-----If you do not have a seizure history , especially if your blood pressure is high --you should have this looked at by the ER Doctor migraine vs early stroke symptoms

Suggest: Not clear to me what symptoms you experience beyond being dizzy and nauseated, BUT an ER visit is likely to be disappointing based on your issues. Rather, telephone your doctor today, discuss what is occurring and decide the next step. Cannot diagnose partial seizures based on information provided.
