Okay to wait: Many of the symptoms of early pregnancy are the same as prementrual symptoms. Have you done an HCG test with first urine in the morning? (this is most accurate) Urine HCG tests are 99% accurate so if yours is still negative most likely you are not pregnant. If you still have not started your period in a week, you should call MD. Or, if you develop severe abdominal pain you should call immediately.
