Blister: Since there is itching it may be a bite or a very localized contact dermatitis such as poison ivy. At this time, keep the lesion clean,pat dry and apply a cortisone type cream to reduce itching. Spreading redness and warmth would suggest secondary bacterial infection which could need both topical and oral antibiotic. See MD as needed.
