Not to worry about M: Omeprazole is generally very safe. Ther eis some concern about it lowering Magnesium but it is a rare effect and can be easily checked if you have any concern after using it for many years. An annual check of blood Magnesium level can be done easily and if needed you can take magnesium supplement
