My four year old has small red spots on the roof of her mouth with tiny white dot in the middle. are very sore and she does not eat as a result.

Clear non acidic fluids such as apple juice may be provided. Keep her well hydrated until you can see your Pediatrician. Avoid food with sharp edges and acidic fluids. She may have a viral illness which is causing the spots to appear in her mouth.
