30 year old healthy female had cbc drawn 1/23 lymphs % was 4.0 everything else normal. redrawn cbc 3/27 lymphs 3.3 monocytes 1.0. should i see a hematologist?

No : The wbc distribution is reported as a quantitative value (1-3.0 x 10000000/microliter) or as a percentage (20-40%) . The values you are giving sound more the quantitative value. WBC counts fluctuate with infection and stressors. If you are healthy no further work up is needed if other parameters on the CBC are normal.
