See an orthopedic: physician. Neck "adjustments" without a neurological exam and an MRI of the cervical spine are necessary, Never, never, have your neck "adjusted" after acute trauma. It sounds like a chiropracter is handling your case: adjustments may be wosening the injured nerves and muscles.
