Hypokalemia: I assume you're not taking diuretics or have high blood pressure caused by hyperaldosteronism which is characterized by low potassium. Also be aware of the fact that we only measure extracellular potassium and your intracellular potassium may be normal. However since you're symptomatic you must take daily potassium supplements. A nephrologist or endocrinologist can advise you better.
