Not always: Personality changes are common and an emotional "flattening" is often seen. This should not be assumed to be "normal". Depression can cause the same effects and is very treatable-even in more advanced cases. However, some introverted people become extremely extroverted and at times stop holding back the impulses to say and do what would normally be resisted when they were cognitive-be prepared !
