How dangerous is small distal aneurysm with mural thrombus in occluded left common iliac and focal high grade stenosis of right iliac.

Thrombus: I would be very concerned about the clot in the iliac artery along with serious blockage and high grade narrowing of the right Iliad artery. A vascular surgeon must be involved in your care of these dangerous findings. If the aneurysm is tiny it has less significance than the other findings.

A 1.3 x 1.0 cm posteriorly directed aneurysm is present arising from the left supraclinoid internal carotid artery. Given the lack of internal flow related signal, the aneurysm may be largely thrombosed. No occlusion/ significant stenosis?
