In view of your age, some wouldn't recommend surgery for a thoracic aortic aneurysm less than 6 cms. However, in your case with very significant associated aortic valvular regurgitation, I think collaboration between a cardiologist & a cardiothoracic surgeon is warranted for best advice and followup. Needs lots more info but the severe aortic regurgitation may need to be repaired. Discuss with your team. You want to know the risks and benefits of having it repaired vs not at your age and any other health problems you might have.
