It is certainly: possible if you have an abnormal view of the world from your eye, or if you have visible discoloration of your lens or conjunctiva that you may have cataracts. Or it may simply be normal part of your eyelid. See an ophthalmologist to clarify. Cataracts do affect mostly people above a certain age.
