A member asked:

I see a slightly gray, horizontally linear film on the bottom of my right eyelid when i look down. is it possible i have cataracts?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It is certainly: possible if you have an abnormal view of the world from your eye, or if you have visible discoloration of your lens or conjunctiva that you may have cataracts. Or it may simply be normal part of your eyelid. See an ophthalmologist to clarify. Cataracts do affect mostly people above a certain age.
