I have a recurring uti since january 2018 that keeps on returning ever +-2 weeks. urine tests in january shows that there is e coli present. how can i prevent it from coming back? i am really tired of this discomfort and pain.

Find the reason: This souldn't be happening. You may have a stone that harbors a biofilm of these bacteria -- antibiotics usually won't clear this. You may have an anatomic defect of some sort. It's time for a serious investigation, starting with some imaging studies. Best wishes.
