What should help for anxiety? i have found that beside medication it should be walking and aromatherapy. how about mint tea, or what else could help?

Anxiety: Discuss your symptoms and management in detail with a physician. There is not much evidence behind herbal medicines to be helpful in anxiety. Too much caffeine is not recommended either. Exercise is good for your emotional and physical health.

some options: Heather tea can be used for it’s calming effects.Heather is used in aromatherapy to treat insomnia. Valerian root, Passionflower, Chamomile and Kava (potential for liver problems) are some natural approaches to anxiety.

Exercise: Agree with Dr. F. An other option to explore is regular aerobic exercise. Daily exercise for about 30 minutes may counter anxiety.
