Weigh Loss: Try to follow a plant based diet like the mediterranean diet. It is difficult to lose weight by walking unless you walk briskly for an hour a day. Try elliptical machine, cycling, walk/run, or a spinning class is excellent for losing weight. If you continue to struggle consult with an exercise physiologist. Best wishes.
