No: Panic attacks can be part of several different conditions, including panic disorder and major depression. Tea and mints does not heal panic attacks -- but you can, with help. Cognitive behavioral and other psychotherapies can be very useful. Medications such as ssri antidepressants can prevent panic episodes. See your family doc for a physical; psychiatrist for help w/meds; therapist also.
