Keep it simple: The primary cause of chest pain at your age is irritation at the stomach entrance (located behind the heart) by stomach acid backwash. Caffeine, spicy foods, laying down after eating aggravate this. Tums or antacid meds help. It can be hard to believe you will survive the teen years but the tests done so far eliminate the reasonable scary problems. More tests won't cure your worry.

Costochrondritis?: Is your pain triggered by lifting weight or movement? If so, it is most likely from a sprained rib cage. Do you recall having injured that area , lifting something really heavy, or twisted the body prior to the onset? Has NSAID helped.?
