Lexapro: This can be taken in the morning or the night. If it makes you sleepy, take it in the evening, if it tends to keep you up, then take it in the morning.

Lexapro may be taken any time of the day -- whatever is most convenient, although it’s best to take it at the same time each day to lower the likelihood of forgetting a dose. Some patients may feel fatigue from this medication - if they do, they should take it at nighttime. If they find that it does the opposite and keeps them awake, then taking it in the morning is better.
