My 10 mnth temp has been fluctuating between 36 and 40 since she woke up this morning. she has barely slept tonight. should i take her to hospital?

Depends: Fever is often a feature of a minor illness but could be something more. If the kid feeds well & plays it is likely minor. If the kids activities are really off & fluid intake & feeds minimal it is worthwhile to have her seen. I would rather she see her own doc than sit in an emergency facility.
