The height of the: fever is not as important as how she looks, feels, and whether she is vomiting still. Children of her age often have fevers with temperatures of the height you mentioned. If she is drinking fluids, no longer vomiting, is not having trouble breathing, does not have an unexplained rash and does not have any underlying medical problems, you can wait and call her doctor.
