?biopsy done? report: A mass in this area can be cancerous. Have you had a biopsy done to find out the nature of this mass? let us know because the treatment(?surgery) will depend on the cause. Most cancers in this region require treatment with chemotherapy combined with surgery. You should meet with a medical oncologist who can provide second opinion and guide you further.
