Yes eat less: What gastric by pass do ? It will not allow you to eat , as the stomach is tiny, same thing with dr alain lewis 5 bite diet , consuming only five bites of food , no break fast , low carbohydrates, no sugary drinks no transfats , surly will loose weight if you follow.

5 bite diet: Not really. First off, it is true that if you starved yourself, you could theoretically lose as much weight as someone with a bypass. However, how long do you think you could continue keep up a diet like that? Not forever, which is why diets fail. It's too hard to starve yourself forever. With a bypass, you will eat less but should be satisfied as well, not starving.
